What is GoWeekends?

Prices start at ₹199, and the site highlights 30+ curated experiences. It is built for solo guests, friends, couples, and corporate teams.
Where are the workshops held?
- Workshops and sports sessions run at the venue on each event page, with the address and a map link shown there. Trips and treks leave from a Bhubaneswar pickup point, and that address and map pin are on the trip page and in your booking details. The venue is listed before you pay, so you know where the session is before you arrive.
How do I book a workshop?
- Browse goweekends.in, pick a session and date, choose how many seats you need, and pay online. GoCash can be applied at checkout: ₹1 of GoCash takes ₹1 off the amount due, up to your wallet balance or the full total. You then get an instant confirmation email with the venue, plus a ticket you can open from My Bookings, including a PDF and a QR code for check-in.
Are workshops suitable for beginners?
- Yes for hands-on workshops such as pottery, which are written for first-timers and include materials. You can book a single seat and join a group session, so coming solo is normal. Each event page lists what is included and what to bring for that session. Treks and sports can carry their own fitness notes, so read the page for the session you want.
Do you offer corporate and private events?
- Yes. GoWeekends plans private events in Bhubaneswar, including corporate team activities and offsites, birthday parties, kitty parties, weddings, and other celebrations. Group size, date, and format can be customised, and the team replies with a plan and a quote. Share your brief at goweekends.in/contact. Inquiries are answered during business hours, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancel from My Bookings using Cancel booking. More than 72 hours before the start, you can take a 90% bank refund in 5 to 7 working days or 100% as instant GoCash. Between 48 and 72 hours, it is 50% to your bank in 5 to 7 working days or 60% as instant GoCash, and inside 48 hours, including same day, there is no bank refund and you receive 10% as instant GoCash. If GoWeekends cancels the experience, the terms say you receive a full refund, and a trip advance is refunded when GoWeekends cancels the trip.
What is GoCash and how do I earn it?
- GoCash is credit in your GoWeekends wallet. At checkout, ₹1 of GoCash reduces what you pay by ₹1, and you can use it up to your balance or the full amount due. You and a friend each earn ₹100 GoCash when they complete their first paid booking with your referral link. GoCash from a cancellation refund is credited instantly and stays valid for 90 days.
What should I bring or wear?
- Check the event page for that session. It lists what to bring and what is included. Your confirmation email asks you to carry a valid ID, arrive 15 minutes early, and show the ticket or QR code at the venue. Trips and treks also list a pickup point and their own what-to-bring notes on the trip page.
